What is the price of my property?

What does listing with an agent cost?

In essence, agents will charge anywhere between 4% and 6%; we work with a formula that mutually benefits all parties. We evaluate each file on its own and depending on both the constraints and the terms of the sale, we adjust our fees accordingly.
